How do I schedule an appointment for a Real Estate shoot?

How far in advance do I need to schedule with you for a shoot?
Typically 2-3 days in advance will work. If you need something sooner, in some cases I may be able to accommodate that for you, so please don't hesitate to ask.
How soon after the shoot will I receive the photos?
My turnaround time is typically within 24 hours, however depending on the size of the home and amount of files delivered that may differ on occasion.
How are photos delivered?
A super simple download link will be emailed to you with instructions on downloading.
How many photos will I receive?
This can vary greatly based on the size of the home or property. Small homes typically end up with 15-20 images, while mid-sized homes usually at least 25 images. Larger homes usually have 30 or more images included.
How long does an average property shoot take?
This has some variables such as the size of the home and how prepared the home is but on average, anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
Are you available on weekends
Absolutely! I know this is one of the easiest times for sellers to be available, so I do my best to make it easiest on them. If my schedule is open that day, I'd be happy to work on weekends.
Do the homeowners need to be home during the shoot?
No, they do not need to be at home as long as I have access to the lockbox or key. However, if the homeowners prefer to be present for the shoot of course that's perfectly fine as well.
Which payments do you accept?
I accept mostly any form of payment. All major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App and of course cash.
